Description: A lightweight data viewer with no package dependencies. It
        sends data frames, lists, and other R objects, as well as
        'Apache Arrow' data, over a local connection to an external
        viewer application, and answers the viewer's requests for
        sorted, filtered, and paged rows. Arrow data is read through
        the Arrow C stream interface and sent as Arrow IPC without
        conversion to R vectors.
